Ten years in B2B startups. Always in the same zone: the gap between product, marketing, and revenue.

I like building things. But only when the system behind it is designed to last and scale. That is the standard I have applied across every role.

The other constant is learning. New tools, new disciplines, new paradigms. I do not wait to feel confident before picking something up. The deployment of AI at scale is the most significant shift I have seen in this field, and I am fully active in it. The projects on this site use Claude Code, Codex, Python, React, and self-hosted n8n for orchestration and automation.

Outside of work, I compete in cycling and running. Both sports generate a lot of data, and I ended up building a dedicated app to track and analyse training across multiple sources. That project is documented in the Projects section.

Mambu / Numeral RevOps & Growth
2022 - present

First GTM hire at Numeral, a fintech startup. Built from scratch: CRM, sales processes, outreach infrastructure, and data pipelines. Numeral was acquired by Mambu in 2024. At Mambu, I now run Revenue Operations as system owner for all GTM-facing tools across the commercial organisation.

Doctrine Growth Marketer
2019 - 2022

Growth Marketing focused on onboarding, retention, and churn reduction. Targeted campaigns by segment with ARR and usage as north stars.

Kolsquare Growth Manager
2016 - 2019

Launched Kolsquare, an influencer marketing platform. SEO, paid acquisition, marketing automation, and performance analytics.

I own GTM, RevOps, and AI deeply. Frontend and backend work is AI-assisted.
